11/6/09 - The election of a new association board of directors for 2010 will be happening soon! All election paperwork and meeting notices will be mailed out as normal. However, the board encourages any association members considering running for a position on the board of directors to contact the board and express your intentions as soon as possible. This will expedite the process of making you a candidate for the 2010 board of directors and will help us avoid any potential problems that may come up in the unlikely event that you either do not receive, or you misplace the nominee application that is mailed to you.
10/31/09 - New 2010 budget adopted. Monthly association dues will be $238.00 per month starting January 2010.
10/27/09 - We have just changed landscaping contractors. This has caused a temporary lapse in the landscaping treatments and with the heavy rainfall, the grass and foliage is starting to become overgrown. The new landscaper will begin servicing our community next week. We apologize for the inconvenience.
